Job summary

KPS Global is seeking an Assembler in Goodyear, AZ to assemble fabricated parts under supervision, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will read blueprints, wire basic electrical connections, and handle various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, maintaining 5S housekeeping, and completing required paperwork to satisfy customer requirements. This role supports our manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must follow Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS).
• Assemble sub-assemblies and install components; wire basic electrical connections per diagram.
• Inspect products to meet quality, engineering, and customer requirements.
• Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble parts.
• Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to position materials correctly.
• Complete and maintain associated paperwork including checklists, blueprints, barcodes, and shipping documents.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards in the department.

Job Summary

The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts under general supervision in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This role ensures KPS Global meets quality, safety, and productivity standards and satisfies customer requirements.

Major Responsibilities

• Performing duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and KPS Global Code of Conduct requirements
• Assembling sub-assemblies and installing accessory components and materials; wiring basic electrical connections per applicable diagram
• Inspecting product to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements
• Operating hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools
• Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials and product utilizing lifting equipment when available
• Reading and interpreting job orders, diagrams, and/or blueprints to select and position material and accessory components
• Completing and maintaining all associated electronic processes paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding and shipping materials
• Maintaining departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
