Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company - USA is seeking an Electrical Assembler for our Dayton, TN facility. The role involves assembling Trillium model units, performing wiring, and conducting end-of-line functional tests to ensure reliable product performance.

The candidate should be proficient in 3-phase wiring, wiring diagrams, and motor/controls maintenance, with knowledge of the National Electrical Code and strong safety focus. PLC exposure is a plus, and flexibility for different shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3-phase electrical wiring and building/rewiring motors and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and electrical specifications for assemblies.
• Assemble and wire components, test end-to-end function.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in Trillium and other models as needed.
• Operate testing equipment and verify integrity of wiring and connections.
• Support different workstations and shifts as required.
