Stryker Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented assembler for onsite night shift in Irvine, CA. You will assemble and test medical devices, follow precise instructions, and maintain cleanroom conditions to ensure high-quality products.
The role includes microscope-based assembly and strict adherence to quality procedures. You will identify issues, report to engineering, and train teammates as needed while contributing to safe, high-quality medical devices that improve patient outcomes.
Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm- 12:00am, OT as needed by the business
Assemble and test medical devices using a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, manufacturing processes, and procedures to ensure products meet quality standards.
Comply with company policies, quality system requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Identify and report issues related to quality, equipment, materials, or processes to engineering or supervisory staff.
Support team success by providing hands‑on training and guidance to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Perform precision assembly work, including tasks that require the use of a microscope.
Contribute to the production of safe, high‑quality medical devices that improve patient outcomes.
$27.05 Hourly plus bonus eligible + benefits
