Job summary

Attalon, Inc. in California is seeking an Assembler III to join our manufacturing team.

You will assemble detailed components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment per blueprints and work instructions, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly role.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively; strong attention to detail.
  • Certification in manufacturing or assembly processes (IPC).
  • Lean manufacturing principles knowledge.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (ISO).
  • Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations from specifications, documenting and reporting quality issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot assembly problems and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including time, materials used, and any deviations from standard procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote efficiency and prevent accidents.

The Assembler III is an essential part of our manufacturing team, helping bring complex, high‑precision products to life. In this role, you’ll assemble detailed components and products that meet strict quality and performance standards. You’ll work closely with our engineering and quality teams, collaborating to resolve assembly challenges and support ongoing improvements across the production process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable interpreting technical drawings and using specialized tools. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our products are reliable, built to specification, and ready for their next stage of production or shipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly role.

For California, the salary range for this position is: $23.01 - $39.35 per hour
