Attalon, Inc. in California is seeking an Assembler III to join our manufacturing team.
You will assemble detailed components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment per blueprints and work instructions, ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will inspect parts for defects, collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records of materials, time, and deviations.

The Assembler III is an essential part of our manufacturing team, helping bring complex, high‑precision products to life. In this role, you’ll assemble detailed components and products that meet strict quality and performance standards. You’ll work closely with our engineering and quality teams, collaborating to resolve assembly challenges and support ongoing improvements across the production process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable interpreting technical drawings and using specialized tools. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our products are reliable, built to specification, and ready for their next stage of production or shipment.

For California, the salary range for this position is: $23.01 - $39.35 per hour
