The Facilities Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing facilities. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks including construction repairs, plumbing, and general upkeep to prevent equipment downtime and maintain a safe working environment. The technician will conduct preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, thereby supporting continuous production processes. They will also interpret technical instructions and blueprints to execute repairs accurately and efficiently. Ultimately, the Facilities Technician ensures that all facility systems and infrastructure operate reliably to support the overall manufacturing objectives.
The Facilities Technician uses construction and plumbing skills daily to perform repairs and maintain facility infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity. For California, the salary pay range for this role is $19.93 per hour - $34.08 per hour. Please note this range is provided as a general guideline.
