Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a full-time manufacturing operator to efficiently run and maintain plant equipment in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. You will perform standard work, make setup adjustments, and use computer programs to record data, print labels, and manage orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include operating Eagle Cell equipment such as automated crimpers, shell presses, ink jet printers, and packing systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment, following standard work and processes.
• Perform visual checks and make necessary setup adjustments.
• Record data and print labels using computer programs.
• Schedule and prioritize orders to meet demand and on-time delivery.
• Set up and operate Eagle Cell equipment: Automated Crimper, O-ring Assembly, Manual Crimper, Ink Jet Printer, Shell Press, Wire Lock, SMED 1, Packing and Labeling Systems.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5-S initiatives; work safely and report hazards.
