The role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the use of hand and power tools. You will participate in 5S, KAIZEN, and safety practices while documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow blueprints and instructions in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to participate in 5S, KAIZEN and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments from Team Leader and execute production per SOPs.
• Perform quality checks and document processes.
• Maintain clean workspace and safety practices.
• Use hand/power tools to assemble gasket plate heat exchangers.
• Cross-train across manufacturing processes as needed.
• Record data on quality documentation.
• Report deviations to status boards and assist with problem solving.
• Participate in 5S routines and continuous improvement activities.
