Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong math and measurement skills for unit conversions and tolerances.
• Good teamwork and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capable on the job trainer for machines and assembly cells.
• Backup for Area Lead and Material Handler as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards at all times.
• Perform sanding, polishing, cleaning, assembly and packing tasks as assigned.
• Operate assembly equipment with proper training and safety.
• Read and follow assembly schedules; write tickets and create labels.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; report hazards.
• Contribute to team goals and Cambro culture.
