Job summary

Signify, a global leader in lighting, seeks an Assembler II in Aurora, CO to join Cooper Lighting Solutions, a Signify business unit. You will assemble, wire, inspect, test and package lighting fixtures on the line or at a workbench with a focus on quality and accuracy.

You must be able to stand for up to 12 hours, lift 40 lbs, read wiring diagrams, and safely operate hand and power tools. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the Signify family.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as an Assembler II in Aurora, CO, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. Assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures via an assembly line or workbench process efficiently without quality defects with minimal supervision Enter complete and accurate work order information as required Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner and maintain the 5S+ Check sheet (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Bring health and safety issues, unsafe acts and safety suggestions to management’s attention

More about you

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach forward and stand for up to 12 hours
• Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds without assistance
• Ability to use hand and power tools as required; able to read wiring diagrams
• Ability to see fine details and distinguish between colors
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Hourly rate - $20.19
