Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking an Assembler to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of our windows, reporting to the Department Supervisor. This role fits someone with good communication, the ability to follow instructions, and strong attention to detail to support production.

Responsibilities include fabricating and assembling architectural aluminum products, using drills and hand tools, inspecting for quality, and packaging frames.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience, preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and read a tape measure to 1/32
• Ability to read written instructions and take verbal instructions

Responsibilities

• Fabricating and assembling architectural aluminum products with various tools and machinery
• Usage of drill guns and hand tools
• Inspecting aluminum for various quality flaws
• Packing and lifting frames
