Job summary

Capitol Aluminum & Glass Corp. is seeking dedicated individuals to join the window fabrication department at our small, family-run manufacturing plant. First shift hours are 7:00AM-3:30PM with potential overtime up to 10-hour days (6:00AM-4:30PM).

The role focuses on measuring, cutting, machining, and assembling aluminum extrusions for commercial windows. Additional tasks may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or job shop atmosphere.
• Leadership experience helpful.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, machine and assemble aluminum extrusions for commercial windows.
• Operate shop equipment and tools as required.
• Maintain safety and attendance as part of duties.
