Badger Meter is hiring an Assembler II to assemble parts per specifications, rotate across the facility as needed, and ensure quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities include using varied tools, calibrating sensors, recording production data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety standards.

The Assembler II is responsible for assembling parts according to specified Work Instructions and/or Drawings and exhibits the ability to effectively complete critical component assemblies. This position may be required to rotate throughout the facility in a variety of assembly tasks.
High School Degree/GED Preferred 3+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing desired
Understand gluing and centering to specific tolerances which includes multiple areas/products required If applicable, ability to use function generators and multimeter test equipment Basic proficiency with computers including an ERP system and Microsoft Office required
Work is performed in a Manufacturing environment Depending on the assigned department, must be able to demonstrate the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and complete an audiogram test Those working in the Aerospace department must be able to pass a Vision, Color Vision, and Depth perception test This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina. Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
