The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of assembly experience, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

• Perform rework from test failures in accordance with standard repair procedures and ECNs

As an Assembler II, you are mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, and able to learn new manufacturing processes and equipment. You will have prior experience with manual or power tools, machining equipment, or manufacturing processes is preferred; however, if candidates do not need to be experts in all equipment or processes. Training and development may include the use of lathes, drills, mills, threaders, saws, bead blasters, Sanders, and processes such as welding, brazing, micro-TIG welding, laser welding, and spot welding. You will apply some advanced skills to the position of specialization. You will perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled operations required to manufacture small, intricate and delicate components. You will provide direct support of sales, engineering and production for the fabrication and testing of prototypes and products.
