Job summary

Trane Technologies in Noblesville, IN, is seeking an assembler on-site five days a week. The role requires basic assembly tasks, safety compliance, and the ability to perform Assembler I duties with potential Assembler II responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes values through personal productivity and quality of work, relationships, continuous improvement participation.
  • Comply with workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; overtime may be required.
  • Perform Assembler I duties and, when needed, Assembler II responsibilities.
  • Use basic hand tools for repetitive assembly tasks (brazing, wiring, tests, foaming).
  • Record measurements and ensure device history records (DHR) meet GMP requirements.
  • Complete nonconformance records per procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Assemble sheet metal components and follow work instructions.
  • Coach and train new employees.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.

Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

What You Will Do
  • Promotes values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, actively seeking out and participating in Continuous Improvement practices, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives.
  • Comply with workplace safety procedures.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, which includes punctuality and working scheduled overtime, is necessary to meet our commitment to provide quality products and service to our customer.
  • Able to complete all Assembler I responsibilities in addition to Assembler II responsibilities.
  • Performs repetitive assembly task using basic hand tools. On a regular basis, performs one or more of the following:
  • Brazing
  • Evacuation leak testing and charging
  • Final Test
  • Wiring
  • Foaming
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Record measurements as needed. Ensure that device history records (DHR) are completed according to FDA GMP requirements.
  • Complete nonconformance records according to established procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Sheet Metal Assembly (using various assembly tools).
  • Follows work instruction to determine the process required.
  • Train new employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
