Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components with precision, following close tolerances and exact specifications.
• Perform remanufacturing operations including disassembly, minor repairs, sorting, cleaning, and inspection of small dispensing units, industrial dish machines, or major subassemblies.
• Use fixtures, hand tools, and power tools to complete repetitive assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow process and specification sheets with consistency to ensure quality and compliance.
• Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to confirm equipment is functioning safely and reliably.
• Identify and resolve basic technical issues using problem-solving tools and implement short-term corrective actions.
• Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail.
• Communicate proactively about maintenance needs, quality concerns, or safety issues.
• Support the development of others by sharing knowledge and assisting with training.
• Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments.

Position Details:

Plant Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Greater Chicago area

Work Week & Shift: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Thursday

Pay Rate: $21.75 per hour

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $21.69 - $32.54. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
