This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork. No heavy experience is required, but familiarity with basic math and basic assembly principles is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• No minimum experience is required; 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Completes work area setup.
• Fits parts together in accordance with instructions and quality standards.
• Operates hand tools as required to complete the assembly process.
• Stacks completed products per procedures and may label or band components.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area and inspects equipment.
• Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports issues.
• Maintains production records as required.
• Checks materials and finished products for standards compliance.
• Performs duties per safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.
• Participates in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
