This position involves installing components in panels and switch panels, reading electrical schematics, and terminating power and control wiring. The role requires interpreting electrical diagrams, installing and labeling components, and ensuring proper wiring and torque requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and layouts
• Installing and labeling panel components according to layouts
• Measuring, cutting, and terminating power and control wiring
• Installing components in switch panels and performing wiring tasks
• Understanding torque requirements and performing controller installation and wiring
• Completing production and quality documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or 3-6 months related experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and communicate effectively
• Basic math skills and reasoning ability
• No specific certificates required

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Regular standing, handling, reaching, and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Occasional exposure to electrical shock and loud noise
