Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a hands-on assembler for on-site work in Hastings, NE. You will follow assembly instructions, verify procedures, and perform quality checks while using power and pneumatic tools.

The role requires adherence to safety rules and teamwork to keep production running smoothly. The position offers an hourly base pay with no sales commission, benefits beginning on day one, and a supportive workplace focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

SUMMARY

Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks.
