Wencor Group LLC is seeking an on-site assembler to piece together components per blueprints and instructions. You will read schematics, handle parts with care, and operate rivet guns, squeezers, drills, and sheet metal tools in a busy aerospace shop.
Your role requires basic blueprint literacy, safety awareness, and the ability to follow procedures while supporting other shop tasks as needed.
Assemble several components into a final assembly using blue prints and or a set of instructions. This is an on-site position.
Entry level understanding of aerospace blue prints and schematics.
High school diploma or GED. A & P license and certified in rotopeen repairs and cold working is preferred.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
