Goldshield, located in Decatur, Indiana, is hiring a Sander to prepare fiberglass parts for primer and paint by sanding gelcoat surfaces. You will sand to meet quality standards and support the sanding area by maintaining tools and materials.
This role requires following safety guidelines, completing Goldshield training, and communicating professionally with teammates. Drug and background screening are required. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Since 1982, Goldshield has set the bar in the fiberglass industry. Our facility is located in Decatur, Indiana, where we manufacture fiberglass parts for Fleetwood, Honda, and Daimler. Goldshield also manufactures fiberglass for school buses, emergency vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.
