Job summary

Goldshield, located in Decatur, Indiana, is seeking a roller for its fiberglass manufacturing operations. The role supports the production of fiberglass parts for fleets and vehicles, with emphasis on quality and safety at every step.

Preferred candidates have up to 1 year of fiberglass experience and must complete Goldshield training. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, day shift hours, and opportunities to advance within a Terex Corporation facility in Decatur.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-year experience in fiberglass, rolling, lamination, production, or manufacturing.
• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete the required training period and Goldshield training expectations.
• Ability to roll at assigned chop stations while meeting acceptable quality standards.
• Ability to maintain attendance expectations and follow directions.
• Successful completion of the drug and background screening.

• Removing air from fiberglass laminate using a roller to support part strength and quality.
• Rolling at assigned chop stations while meeting production and quality expectations.
• Helping ensure fiberglass, resin, and catalyst mixtures are properly worked into the part.
• Following safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Supporting teammates and production flow across assigned areas.

A day in the life of a Roller at Goldshield:

• Removing air from fiberglass laminate using a roller to support part strength and quality.
• Rolling at assigned chop stations while meeting production and quality expectations.
