Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with other departments and teams.
• Troubleshoot problems and situations on the line.
• Make incremental process adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on quality of manufactured product.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform duties as designated by supervisor/manager and in support of Sonoco’s policies.
• Assist other departments as needed.
