Job summary

Trane Technologies Colorado seeks a production assembler to operate at multiple stations and rotate as needed. You will meet takt times, follow 5S standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused production line.

The role requires 3–6 months experience, Braze certification or willingness to obtain it, basic math skills, and forklift training. This is an hourly position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement.
• Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions.
• Completion of basic Forklift Training and Safety Orientation.

Job description

Position Summary:

The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks. May be required to obtain certification for operation of Mules, Tuggers, Powered Industrial Trucks, Stackers and/or Overhead Cranes and may be required to obtain and maintain braze certification.

• Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment
• Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs. as requested
• Ability to learn more than 1 station

Experience and Skills Required:

• Must have at least 3 - 6 months experience

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$19.71 - $21.84
