Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking personnel for on-site production roles in Colorado. The position involves assembly and testing of units, meeting takt time, and adhering to 5S standards.

Where is the work

On-Site (5 days). The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks. May be required to obtain certification for operation of Mules, Tuggers, Powered Industrial Trucks, Stackers and/or Overhead Cranes.

Experience and Skills Required

• Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement
• Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions
• Completion of basic Forklift Training and Safety Orientation.
• Forklift, yard dog, and rigging
• 3 – 6 months of material handling experience

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range 2026 (for Colorado Residents): $19.95 - $26.29 (Minimum to Maximum)
