Job summary

Trane Technologies within Colorado is seeking an on-site assembly worker to perform production assembly across stations, rotate as needed, and meet takt time. You may obtain certifications such as braze and forklift while contributing to a fast-paced, safety-conscious team environment.

The role requires basic math, English literacy for work orders, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Previous assembly experience of 3–6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3-6 months of assembly experience.
  • Braze Certification or willingness to become Braze Certified.
  • Basic math skills including decimals and fractions for measurements.
  • Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, work orders and safety instructions.
  • Completion of basic forklift training and safety orientation.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks. May be required to obtain certification for operation of Mules, Tuggers, Powered Industrial Trucks, Stackers and/or Overhead Cranes and may be required to obtain and maintain braze certification.

  • Detail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment
  • Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs, as requested
  • Ability to learn more than 1 station
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Must have at least 3 - 6 months experience
  • Currently be Braze Certified or willing to become Braze Certified

  • Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions
