Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a production assembler for an on-site, full-time role in Pueblo, CO. The position requires 3–6 months of experience, Braze certification or willingness to obtain it, basic math skills, and ability to read/write English for work orders and safety instructions.

Employees receive competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.71 to $22.98, with benefits kick-in on day one and a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

Position Summary:

The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks. May be required to obtain certification for operation of Mules, Tuggers, Powered Industrial Trucks, Stackers and/or Overhead Cranes and may be required to obtain and maintain braze certification.

• Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment

• Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs, as requested

• Ability to learn more than 1 station
