Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring for an on-site material handler role in Noblesville, IN. You will manage inventory, move items on the floor, and ensure accurate stock records while supporting production lines and safety procedures.

The position requires 1-3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift training. Competitive hourly pay starts at $20.50 with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, actively seeking out and participating in Continuous Improvement practices, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives.
  • Comply with workplace safety procedure.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including punctuality and scheduled overtime.
  • Maintain inventory identification and locations.
  • Correct and transfer items in the MRP system.
  • Move received items from dock to assigned inventory locations.
  • Label and move rejected items to QA non-conforming skids.
  • Deliver items to the production line from restocking lists or production requests.
  • Inspect product to ensure correctness before delivering to production.
  • Maintain open communication with team members.
  • Work to help other team members as needed.
  • Complete material/inventory investigations to ensure accurate physical and system representation.
  • Maintain and complete Standard Work and documentation to track task accomplishment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Where is the work: On-Site (5 days)
What you will do:

What you will bring:
  • Relative Work Experience: 1-3 years related experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications / Licenses: Computer Systems / Software: MRP/ERP (Fourthshift) preferred. Data entry and computer skills required.
  • Specialized Training: Must successfully complete forklift training.
  • Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $20.50
