Job summary

Trane Technologies in Pueblo, CO, is seeking a production assembler to support on-site manufacturing across stations as required by staffing and production needs.

Responsibilities include production assembly, moving between stations, meeting takt times, and following 5S standards. Braze certification is desired, forklift training completed, and Basic math/English literacy needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3–6 months experience.
  • Currently be Braze Certified or willing to become Braze Certified.
  • Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement.
  • Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions.
  • Completion of basic Forklift Training and Safety Orientation.

Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

Position Summary

The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks. May be required to obtain certification for operation of Mules, Tuggers, Powered Industrial Trucks, Stackers and/or Overhead Cranes and may be required to obtain and maintain braze certification.
