Job description

Under direct supervision, performs one or more repetitive jobs on an assembly or sub-assembly line to produce building material components or millwork products.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assembling building material components such as wall panels, roof and floor trusses, and/or millwork products such as doors, windows, cabinets, counters, vanities, or closets.
2. Processing tasks include insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts, and using both hand and power tools.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or related work experience.
• This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.

Knowledge and skills: Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools for assembling building components or millwork products.
