Impact of this Role:

• Assembler I: Follows established procedures and guidelines
• Assembler II: Reviews product specifications/blueprints, monitors quality, and suggests improvements, maintains productivity
• Assembler III: Assembles components from instructions and diagrams, monitors quality, provides training and process improvements, maintains productivity

Minimum Qualifications:

• Assembler I: No prior experience required; ability to use tools; basic reading and writing skills
• Assembler II: 2 years of experience; ability to operate machinery; team player; understands technical drawings; mechanical aptitude
• Assembler III: 5 years of experience; strong communication skills; knowledge of manufacturing practices; quality recognition skills; advanced equipment knowledge

Salary Range:

Offers a competitive salary and benefits, including incentives:

• Assembler I: $15/hr
• Assembler II: $17.15/hr
• Assembler III: $18.40/hr
