Universal Instruments is seeking an assembler to put together basic parts and sub-assemblies in a clean, climate-controlled environment in Rochester, NY. The role is self-paced and may involve operating production equipment and monitoring product quality within a team setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 years of related experience. Excellent reliability and clear communication are essential. Target hourly pay range is $17.00–$18.00 with robust benefits.

• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Responsibility for Quality Procedures or Direct Product Quality:

• Adheres to Universal Quality System policies and procedures.

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to access and manipulate various objects and tools.
• The employee may occasionally move heavy objects.
