Job summary

RoShay Services in the United States is seeking an Assembler for the Aircraft department. You will set up and operate production machinery, inspect parts, and ensure quality while following safety rules.

The role offers an hourly rate of $18.50–$21.86 based on experience, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and shop math skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery with proper adjustments and fixture changes.
• Use gauging equipment to inspect parts and run first-piece samples.
• Maintain machinery fluids, handle parts, and keep the work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, including Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties safely and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and safety rules, including Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.
• Set up and operate various production machinery such as presses, laser markers, ink jets, electro etch, ovens, and swagers, ensuring proper adjustments and fixture changes.
• Use gauging equipment to inspect parts for fit, marking, and quality, and run first-piece samples to verify specifications.
• Maintain machinery fluids, handle parts, and ensure work area cleanliness.
