Job summary

Link Staffing in Wisconsin is seeking an assembler for high-precision assembly of small plastic components. The role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with very small parts.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with some weekends as needed; pay is $17/hour. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of assembly experience in manufacturing and good manual dexterity.

Assembler (High-Precision Assembly)

Assemblers to perform detailed, precision assembly of small plastic components. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with very small parts throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate has experience with delicate assembly work and is comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Individuals with smaller hands or exceptional finger dexterity often perform well in this role due to the size of the components being assembled, but applicants are evaluated based on their ability to perform the job functions.

Payrate:$ 17/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM- 3:30PM (Some weekends as needed)
