• Climb ladders and work on scaffolding as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or lead personnel

This position assists with assembling components, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all work is completed safely and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and report unsafe conditions immediately
• Exercise stop-work authority when work cannot be performed safely
• Report all incidents and accidents promptly
• Assist with welding and fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Read and interpret basic prints and drawings as needed
• Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in proper working condition
