Job summary

Belcan is seeking an Assembler for 1st shift in Ft. Worth, TX to accurately assemble and test products to meet customer schedules. The role includes reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and participating in lean initiatives to improve productivity.

The position starts right away with a 7am-3:30pm schedule Monday to Friday and offers comprehensive benefits including health, 401k, and on-the-job training. You will work under direct supervision to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Basic assembly and testing skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering orders.
• Experience with manual and powered hand tools.
• Capable of following safety rules and quality directives.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products per specifications.
• Record test results and interpret data forms.
• Interpret blueprints, orders, and test specifications.
• Perform touch-up painting and finishing as needed.
• Contribute to lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and ensure calibration of equipment.
