Qualifications

• Accurately and efficiently assembles/tests products.
• Active participation in lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Receives direct supervisory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic assembly/test functions using hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Records test results on data forms with basic electrical equipment and flow meters.
• Interprets blueprints, orders, routes, and specifications to ensure conformance to standards.
• Produces and inspects assemblies meeting product specifications and industry standards.
• Performs touch-up painting and finishing of parts as needed.
• Contributes ideas to lean initiatives and process improvements.
• Adheres to safety rules and maintains a clean, FOD-free work area.
• Ensures equipment is calibrated according to schedule.
