Job summary

Quanex in Parkersburg, WV is seeking an Assembler to join our team. You will cut and assemble window screen frames to specifications using a computer-driven measuring device, collaborating with teammates to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 6 months production/assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools including tape measure, air drill, and pneumatic saws.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues.
• Assemble components per customer specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects or errors and verify size, color, and configuration.
