Job summary

Metraflex Company Inc in McCook, IL is hiring an Assembler to join our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with meticulous attention to detail, who takes initiative and is self-motivated to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities include assembling sub-assemblies to spec, operating forklifts and hand jacks, using drills and air tools, scanning inventory for jobs, and recording labor time. A high school diploma or GED is required; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in heavy manufacturing.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and team‑oriented mindset.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
