Job summary

Wieland Small Tube Products is seeking an Assembler/Equipment Operator located in Delaware, OH. In this fully on-site role, you will be responsible for following production orders, assembling components, and maintaining equipment.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more, plus opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Wieland is hiring an Assembler/Equipment Operator. The role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on‑site.

Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour plus $0.75 shift differential

Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday (4:00pm - 2:30am)

Training: 1st Shift (2‑4 weeks) Monday – Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm

Pay Schedule: Biweekly

Responsibilities

• Follow production orders, company procedures and directions from supervisor, prepare parts and assemble components into assemblies.
• Successfully perform assembly operations by means of power tools or specialized equipment to produce pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
• Prepare parts for assembly by means of grinding, blasting, cutting of metals, etc.
• Execute assembly in accordance to company’s procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment in proper functioning status by applying preventative maintenance as per instructions.
• Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.

• Ability to use standard hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, etc.
• Proactive in proposing solutions.
