Wieland is hiring an Assembler/Equipment Operator I in Delaware, OH, to ensure components are machined and finished as specified, meeting quality standards. This is an on-site, first-shift role with a 6:00am–4:30pm schedule.
Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with biweekly pay; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and holidays. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years manufacturing experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with PPE;

The Assembler/Equipment Operator I will be responsible for ensuring that components are machined and finished as specified by the detailed drawings and procedures of the company, while meeting the defined quality standards. We are seeking a flexible individual who can manage varying job duties from day to day. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.
Starting Pay: $23.00 /hr., with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications
1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00am-4:30pm
Pay Schedule: Biweekly
