Aerotek is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician for a contract-to-hire role based in Florence, KY. You will perform basic, standardized mechanical assembly using hand and power tools in a clean, climate-controlled environment, following detailed instructions and reporting production counts.

This onsite position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, attention to quality standards, and the discipline to work under close supervision

• Work under the direct, close supervision of a Manufacturing Supervisor, Line Manager, or other assigned management personnel.
• Follow all safety rules, guidelines, and regulations at all times while performing job duties.
• Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support production and operations.

Job Description

This role focuses on performing basic, standardized, and repetitive mechanical assembly operations in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
