Job summary

Aerotek is hiring multiple Entry Level Assembly positions for all shifts in Bethel, CT. No prior assembly experience is required as training is provided. You will assemble products, use hand tools, and support production operations in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

We offer training and opportunities to grow within a manufacturing setting. This role is fully onsite in Bethel, CT with shift options across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Pay

• 1st Shift: $20.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $22.80/hour
• 3rd Shift: $24.80/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking multiple Assembler (Entry Level) team members for immediate openings on all shifts. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll be assembling products and supporting production operations. No prior assembly experience is required. Whether you're looking for a career change, have warehouse experience, recently completed trade school, or are just starting your career, we'd like to speak with you.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bethel, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
