Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Able to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Detail oriented and committed to quality work.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components/sub-assemblies per blueprints or specs.
• Use hand and power tools and assembly equipment.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies or systems; ensure proper fit and torque specs.
• Follow safety practices and maintain 5S and clean workspace.
• Assist with material staging, shipping/receiving, and inventory support.
