Job summary

Martin-Baker America, Inc. is seeking an Assembler to support daily production by building components and subassemblies using manual and semi-automatic tools.

This on-site, full-time role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow build instructions and SAP entries, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in manufacturing, and the capacity to read complex blueprints.

Job Purpose:

The Assembler is responsible for providing general labor. Performs manual and semi-automatic assembly processes to produce finished products and subassemblies.

Overview:

We're seeking an Assembler to support daily production by building components and subassemblies using manual and semi-automatic tools. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow build instructions and SAP entries, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Required to monitor own work, be self-motivated, and possess the ability to be supervised.
• Ability to read and interpret complicated blueprints, drawings, flowcharts, and build plans.
• Possess flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently in an organized manner.
• Must balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in manufacturing areas.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED; Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing of products.
• Possess ability to provide support with multiple product line manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently complete tasks accurately on time.
• Must adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a Background Check and Drug Screening
