Job summary

Martin‑Baker America is seeking an assembler to support daily production by building components and subassemblies using manual and semi‑automatic tools. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow build instructions and SAP entries, and strong teamwork in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. On‑Site, Full‑Time position with comprehensive health benefits, PTO, flexible work schedules, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Record all work performed via computer using SAP transactions.
• Monitor own work and be self-motivated.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, flowcharts, and build plans.
• Handle multiple tasks independently in an organized manner.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale in manufacturing.
