AGCO Corporation in Beloit, Kansas is seeking an Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, inspect, and prepare components for production, and work to meet quality standards and production schedules in a safety-conscious environment.

The role emphasizes reading technical documents, using hand and pneumatic tools, and performing quality checks. You will contribute to building machines that help farmers sustainably feed the world, while collaborating with a supportive team.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and instructions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare parts and products according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, shop drawings, pick lists, and production documentation.
• Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, measuring equipment, and other assigned equipment.
• Perform quality checks to identify defects and ensure completed products meet specifications.
• Accurately count, weigh, package, and report completed parts using company computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production, quality, cost, and company objectives.
