Job summary

Signify, the world leader in lighting, seeks an Assembler in Aurora, CO (Cooper Lighting Solutions). You will assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures on an assembly line or bench, ensuring quality and efficiency. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to stand up to 12 hours, lift 40 pounds, use hand and power tools, and have good color vision. The role pays $21.22 hourly with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401K.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools as required.
• Ability to see fine details and distinguish between colors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures via an assembly line or workbench process efficiently without quality defects.
• Enter complete and accurate work order information as required.
• Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner and maintain the 5S+ Check sheet (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Bring health and safety issues, unsafe acts and safety suggestions to management’s attention.
