Job summary

Signify in Littlestown, PA is seeking an Assembler. You will assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures on an assembly line or work cell, following blueprints and diagrams. You’ll perform quality checks and use hand and power tools to secure parts, with union environment and early start times.

Starting rate is $18.84 per hour. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods; English reading/writing required. Hours are 5am–3pm, Monday to Thursday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing facility wiring ballasts and assembling fixtures or electrical parts.
• Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Understand ISO procedures and quality documents.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as an Assembler in Littlestown, PA, with Signify. ( 5am-3pm Monday to Thursday )

• Assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures via an assembly line or work cell process efficiently without quality defects
• Follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and/or wiring diagrams
• Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans
• Use hand tools and power tools to secure parts

More about you

• Experience working in a manufacturing facility wiring ballasts and assembling fixtures or electrical/electronic parts
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and speak English; Ability to complete production documents in English
• Ability to physically move materials used in the production area; lift up to 50 lbs; capable of standing for long periods of time during shift
• Understanding of quality documents and ISO procedures
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Starting rate - $18.84
