Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an Assembler 4 in Bohemia, NY. The role is a 7:00am to 3:30pm shift, requiring standing for the full shift and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Overtime may be required as part of a fast-paced production environment.

The position involves mechanically assembling raw materials, using various hand tools, and performing QC inspections to ensure quality standards are met. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of assembly experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma (GED)
• 1-3 years prior assembly experience (able to use small tools ie torque wrench)
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics is a plus.
• Must have the ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be able to stand the duration of an 8 hour shift.

Job Description:

Seeking motivated individuals who are looking to join a fast paced - growing organization to work in the production department doing:

-Mechanical assembly of raw materials

-Utilize different hand tools

-QC Inspections

Requirements:

-A minimum of a high school diploma /(GED)

-1-3 years prior assembly experience (able to use small tools ie torque wrench)

-Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics is a plus.

-Must have the ability to lift 30 lbs.

-Must be able to work overtime.

-7:00am - 3:30pm shift (30 minute lunch)
