Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembler 1 to support our on-site production team in Mississippi. You will load, operate, and unload packaging equipment, assemble kits per SWS sheets, and seal packages with an RF sealer.

You will verify quantities, complete scrap tickets, and maintain accurate production records. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, understand verbal and written instructions, and can count and compare numbers.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload packaging equipment.
• Build kits and packages per SWS sheet.
• Operate RF sealer per SWS sheet.
• Verify kits and packages sealed correctly.
• Verify production quantities with and without a scale.
• Complete scrap tickets and daily production sheet accurately.
• Update hourly production goals and maintain pace.
• Follow safety requirements and practice 5S.
